Office Assitant / Logistics Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Office Assistant / Logistics Manager you will:

  • Organize incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist in the planning and execution of outreach efforts
  • Assist with preparation of marketing presentations as needed
  • Help our customers select the product that's best for them
  • Provide solutions that help make it easy for customers to buy ad notam products
  • Empathize with the customer and overcome objections
  • Other duties may include administrative tasks
  • Handle internal ordering procedures
  • Handle documents for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls

 

Candidate Qualifications:

  • prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment with broad experience in various aspects of marketing, project management, and sales operations
  • self-starter with a strong desire to learn and acquire experience in Marketing and Sales Operations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Demonstrated job stability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of dependability
  • Ability to gather information and make decisions
